01. Call
The moment you find yourself needing to determine the value of an asset or resolve a company valuation issue, give me a call. Don't delay – the sooner you tell me about your case, the more likely I am to be able to help you.
02. Consultation
I give free advice on your question over the phone. At this stage,
I can only give an initial assessment of the complexity of the case and decide if I can take it up.03. Signing the Contract
If a valuation is required, we will discuss the terms of the contract. I have a standard contract, but we can amend it depending on the agreed terms.
04. Meeting
We can meet at my office in Kyiv or in any other convenient place in the city - at your home, office, etc. If the case is complicated, we'll need to meet repeatedly.
05. Payment
You pay part of the amount from the total sum agreed with you in the contract and receive a document confirming the payment, as well as a copy of the contract.
06. Solving the Case
I fulfil my obligations and systematically inform you about the progress and results of my work. The result of the service will be a Valuation Report in accordance with professional standards - International Valuation Standards (IVS) or RICS Valuation - Global Standards 'Red Book’.
